Supporting Positive Mental Health during COVID-19: A Good Practice Sharing Event for Universities

Overview and objectives

This event brought together universities and higher education institutions from across Yorkshire and the Humber with the aim to share good practice on promoting positive mental health during COVID-19. It illustrated the impact that the pandemic has had on the wellbeing of students and outlined some of the key national resources and support available from Public Health England and other agencies. You could hear a range of professional perspectives and highlighted examples of how positive student health and wellbeing is being promoted currently within Yorkshire and the Humber. The webinar included contributions from Yorkshire Universities, Public Health England, NHS England Clinical Networks, the University of West of England and a number of universities from across the region.
